Think of it as a “tasting room on tour.” Wine shops, bars, restaurants, and other venues that are permitted to serve alcohol are natural fits for both scheduled and drop-in gatherings. For retailers, there are also opportunities for micro-fulfillment and solving the last-mile delivery conundrum, especially with the click-and-collect model that consumers are now accustomed to when shopping online for groceries.
